Four questions to ask before you buy.

Ask them of any platform you evaluate, including ours. Take the PDF into your vendor calls.

The four questions

  1. Governance

    Who decides what runs?

If the platform uses AI, ask what it can change without a person’s validation. The right answer is nothing.

How Nanoheal answers If it changes a device, a person approved it, and the log can show it.

  2. Library

    What works on day one?

A blank editor means months of building before the first problem goes away. Ask how many capabilities ship ready to run.

How Nanoheal answers 1,200+ automations ship ready to switch on, on day one.

  3. Verification

How do you know it worked?

A capability that ran is not a problem that is solved. Ask whether each run checks its own result.

How Nanoheal answers Every run is recorded as success, failed or pending, per device.

  4. Measurement

    Can you show the difference?

Ask for the experience score and ticket avoidance, before and after, per capability.

How Nanoheal answers The experience score before and after each fix, for each group it was published to.

Ask each vendor to resolve your top three call drivers, live, and to show you the audit log afterwards.
