Branch desktops that work, and stay in policy.

Tellers, advisers and operations staff need desktops that work; auditors need proof they were set up right. Nanoheal fixes what breaks on the device and puts settings back when they drift, with a record of every change.

Branch 0217Tuesday · 10:12
What it fixes

Fixed on the device, then checked.

From the fault on one device to the pattern across every site. Each fix is already in the automation library: it runs when the device reports the problem, checks the result, and hands the case to IT, with the evidence, only if it didn’t hold.

  1. Across branches

A patch breaks the teller application in 30 branches.

    1. Haya gives a ranking of the branches and builds behind it: one patch, one group of teller desktops.
    2. IT approves rolling it back for that group, one branch first: staged, approved and versioned.
    3. Every step is in the audit log: who approved it, where it ran, and the check afterwards.

Branches keep serving, and the record is ready for audit.

  2. When a control drifts

USB storage is switched back on at an adviser’s desk.

    1. The agent sees the setting drift from the baseline.
    2. It is put back on that device.
    3. The change is recorded: when it drifted, when it was fixed, by which policy.

    The control holds, with proof.

  3. Before it fails

A certificate the banking app needs expires next week.

    1. Certificate renewal runs on every desktop that needs it, before it lapses.
    2. The agent checks the application still connects.
    3. Any desktop where it didn’t take goes to IT with the evidence.

No branch opens to an app that won’t connect.

And the everyday fixes

When this happensWhat runsThen
In the branch
Receipt or passbook printer offline Checks the spooler and the queue → restarts the spooler, clears stuck jobs → reconnects the printer Checks it prints
Outlook keeps closing Repairs the Outlook profile → keeps the mail where it is Outlook opens
An adviser’s VPN drops Resets the VPN adapter → checks the connection Back between meetings
Kept in policy
Firewall off, or a BitLocker key not escrowed Checks the firewall state → escrows the BitLocker key Put back on every device
Security software missing Checks the required software is present → installs it again Back in policy
Proof for the auditor

Every control, every device, on the record.

Haya, Nanoheal’s AI and analytics, ranks controls by fail rate across every branch, and every fix goes through staged, approved and versioned publishing, behind role-based access, MFA and a full audit log. The SaaS runs in the region set for your deployment, or Nanoheal runs on-premises or air-gapped.
